As an Action Principles® Champion, you will be curious, always researching and learning. You will have lots of ideas. Many of these ideas will be good and will improve your business and advance your career. However, some of these ideas will be bad, some very bad. Heed the warnings. You spend a lot of time and a lot of money opening a new location. You have high hopes but hope doesn't pay the bills. After a few months, you realize your error. You made a mistake. Yes, your wallet may be lighter and your ego may be bruised. Do not throw good money after bad by trying to save a failed strategy. Even the best and the brightest make mistakes, lose time, lose money and feel humbled. If you find your products are inferior or your staff is leaving on masse or your few customers are complaining, heed the warnings. Pull the plug. Bite the bullet. Take your medicine. Get out. Be real. Be smart. Be tough. Survive to succeed another day. Heed the warnings.
