 大部分身體動作應該是放鬆,輕巧,流暢,柔韌及靈活的;不應是緊張,艱澀,拘謹和僵硬的。慢慢地,深呼吸以緩和焦燥的情緒,降低心率,並且集中精力。按摩,蒸汽浴,桑拿和按摩浴也能幫助肌肉放鬆休息。同時要確保自己每晚有六到八小時的充足睡眠。
